We are looking for a BI Developer / Data Visualization Specialist to join our SaaS platform organization and help shape the evolution of cross-platform analytics capabilities across Assisted Channels.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for operational and customer interaction data.
Develop visual analytics using Amazon QuickSight and multiple data sources (real-time and historical).
Create intuitive dashboards focused on operational monitoring, executive reporting, and customer experience insights.
Design KPI dashboards, scorecards, and real-time monitoring views.
Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful reporting solutions.
Ensure usability, scalability, visual consistency, and data accuracy across all dashboards.
Support analytics use cases across Contact Center, Omnichannel, Workforce, and Customer Experience domains.
Proven experience in Business Intelligence development and dashboard creation.
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon QuickSight and SQL.
Experience building KPI-driven dashboards and operational reporting solutions.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles applied to data visualization.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable visual insights.
Experience working with operational and real-time reporting environments.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Knowledge of embedded analytics in SaaS platforms.
Experience in Contact Center, Omnichannel, or Customer Experience analytics.
Familiarity with workforce, operational, or speech/text analytics.
Experience in multinational or multi-country environments.
