🔹 Position: E-Commerce Specialist
📍 Location: Porto - Flexible hybrid working model
- Configure, operate, and optimize E‑Commerce B2B platforms supporting digital order, availability, delivery, and invoicing processes
- Manage digital communication and data exchange between suppliers, distributors, and business partners across B2B channels
- Support onboarding and integration of partners into E‑Commerce platforms and related communication flows
- Analyze and troubleshoot EDI/B2B message exchanges (e.g., ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC) and ensure data accuracy throughout end‑to‑end processes
- Maintain and continuously improve product, order, catalog, and partner data within the E‑Commerce ecosystem
- Act as a subject matter expert for E‑Commerce workflows, providing guidance on digital ordering, logistics, and invoicing processes.
- 2+ years working in E‑Commerce operations, B2B integrations, SAP order management, or similar digital processes.
- Experience with ERP/E‑Commerce system integration is highly valuable.
- Project Management skills, including the ability to create project documentation, user specifications, and process descriptions.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and data integration workflows.
- Strong attention to detail in configuration, data validation, and process monitoring.
- Understanding of supply chain, order‑to‑cash, and logistics processes, especially in digital E‑Commerce environments.
- Analytical ability to diagnose issues in data exchanges and troubleshoot integration or process inconsistencies.
- Ability to implement solutions that ensure operational continuity and minimal downtime.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on optimizing E‑Commerce and integration workflows.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams (IT, sales, supply chain, customer service).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or procurement processes is a plus.
- Experience with EDI / B2B message formats (e.g., ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC) or similar structured data exchange standards.
- Expertise in SAP (e.g., SD, MM, or integration modules).
- Familiarity with E‑Commerce platforms, partner integrations, or API‑based communication.
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
