🔹 Position: PMO
📍 Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite)

Main responsibilities:

  • Roadmap Implementation: Lead or collaborate on initiatives across processes, tools, governance, and data.

  • Process Improvement: Support the development of key quality processes, including non-conformity management and Return of Experience (REX).

  • Tooling & Data: Contribute to the implementation of practical digital tools (checklists, dashboards) and analyze quality data to identify recurring trends.

  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate between project leaders, technical experts, site teams, and contractors to align ways of working.

  • Quality Culture: Promote structured problem-solving and continuous improvement across the project and asset lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master’s degree (Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent).

  • Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in PMO, process improvement, coordination, or quality management.

  • Mindset: Structured, result-oriented, and pragmatic. You are comfortable in evolving environments and able to translate high-level objectives into concrete actions.

  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French with a good knowledge of the second national language. Knowledge of English is a strong asset.
