🔹 Role: QA Lead/Test Manager
📍 Location: Hybrid 3x per week - Porto
Main responsibilities:
Coordinate the testing lifecycle, with focus on UAT planning, execution, and sign-off;
Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure requirements validation and test coverage;
Support and guide business users during business testing phases;
Track and report defects, risks, and testing progress;
Facilitate communication between Business and IT teams;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA and UAT practices.
Required Requirements:
Experience in Test Coordination / Test Management;
Strong stakeholder management, especially with business users;
Experience in UAT planning and execution;
Good understanding of test processes and lifecycle;
Ability to translate business needs into test scenarios;
Experience with reporting and defect management;
Experience working in Agile environments;
Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Xray;
Fluency in English (C1 level), able to interact with business stakeholders.
