🔹 Position: Scrum Master
📍 Location: Porto, Portugal | Hybrid – 2 to 3 times per month in the office
🔹 Main responsibilities:
Establish agile practices and provide guidance to teams with limited Scrum experience
Facilitate and adapt agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
Coach and mentor team members on agile principles, mindset, and collaboration
Support backlog management, prioritization, and scope alignment
Identify and remove impediments, including organizational and communication barriers
Create visibility on progress, risks, and performance using agile metrics and dashboards
Promote alignment, transparency, and trust across distributed teams
🔹 Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) in hybrid or non-product environments
Proficiency in Jira and Azure DevOps (board configuration, reporting, dashboards)
Experience guiding mixed or distributed teams through agile adoption
Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Agile/Scrum certifications (valued)
