🔹 Position: Senior System Tester
📍 Location: Berchem, Belgium (Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite)
End-to-End Testing: Analyze features and PBIs, refine acceptance criteria, and create/update manual and automated test scenarios.
Execution & Reporting: Plan and estimate test efforts, execute tests immediately after delivery, and actively follow up on bugs and test results.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the SPOC for the business, prepare release notes, coordinate UAT sessions, and manage hypercare/system support post-go-live.
Test Automation: Create and maintain automated tests for regression testing.
Process Improvement: Evaluate and optimize testing methodologies and processes within the team.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of testing experience in complex IT environments (Agile/Scrum/DevOps).
Certification: ISTQB Foundation is mandatory.
Tech Stack: Experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English is required (strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences).
Soft Skills: Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of SQL.
Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and logging/monitoring tools.
