Solution Architect – Cross Platform Analytics (Assisted Channels)

We are looking for a Solution Architect – Cross Platform Analytics to lead the technical evolution of analytics and reporting capabilities within a global Assisted Channels platform.

What You'll Do

• Define and evolve scalable architectures for reporting, analytics, and omnichannel platforms.

• Establish architecture standards, integration patterns, and security frameworks.

• Lead integrations across Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, data platforms, and enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.

• Drive technical governance, platform evolution, and architecture best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Lead.

• Strong background in SaaS platforms, cloud-native architectures, APIs, event-driven systems, and analytics ecosystems.

• Experience with AWS and/or Azure, multi-tenant architectures, security, IAM, and RBAC.

• Knowledge of Genesys Cloud, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, Kafka, Data Lakes, and real-time analytics.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.

• Professional English proficiency.
