🔹 Position: Warehouse Data Migrator
📍 Location: Porto - Flexible hybrid working model
- Data Extraction & Transformation:
o Extract data from existing warehouse management systems, cleanser, format, and transform data to meet new system requirements.
- Data Loading & Validation:
o Import data into target systems using approved tools and scripts.
o Perform rigorous validation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Documentation & Reporting:
o Maintain detailed migration logs and documentation, and generate reports on migration progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Quality Assurance:
o Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly and communicate erroneous patterns towards all stakeholders clearly and solution driven.
o Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Warehouse Data Migrator.
- Proven hands-on experience in data migration projects, preferably in non-SAP to SAP migrations, warehouse or logistics environments.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, ERP systems, and SQL databases.
- Experience with SAP EWM, Windchill PLM, and transfer from non-regulated systems into regulated processes.
- Knowledge of warehouse workflows and inventory management processes.
- Proficiency in data migration tools, DQN and ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data validation techniques.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project management approaches.
- Knowledge of data migration best practices, including mock runs and cutover planning.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
